EAN Payment: It is possible as a public institution to purchase via EAN. Simply fill in the required information when placing your order and we will send you your invoice electronically within a short time.

All products in stock are shipped the same day (business days) as the order is placed. Pre-orders are shipped within the timeframe described on the product, if possible. We reserve the right to backorders that cannot be delivered within the described time frame! In this case, the order for the products in question may be canceled.


All our products are shipped with Post Nord within 2 to 5 business days from order placement.

Parcel shipping WITHOUT delivery: If you choose parcel shipping without delivery, your parcel will be delivered to a post office, postal shop or Døgnposten of your choice in your local area, where you must pick up your parcel yourself. You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS when your package is shipped from us. You will be notified via email/SMS when your package is ready for pickup. Parcel shipping WITH delivery: If you choose parcel shipping with delivery, your parcel will be delivered directly to your home address. If you are not at home when the postman rings the doorbell, a note will be placed in your mailbox informing you that your parcel can be picked up at the post office, post shop or Døgnposten. You will receive a Track & Trace code via email/SMS when your items are shipped from us, so you can always track your package and where you can pick it up if you were not at home. Business package: If you choose a business package, your package will be delivered directly to your company address, so remember to fill in your company name when placing your order. You will receive a Track & Trace code via email/SMS when your items are shipped from us, so you can always track your package. Fixed price kr.59,-

Pickup: You can pick up your order at our warehouse in Holbæk, provided your items are in stock, and save on shipping costs. The desired pickup time can be selected when ordering. Our warehouse is located at, Baldersbækvej 2, 2nd, 2635 Ishøj. Of course, shipping is free if you want to pick up in person at our warehouse.

Orders of DKK 300,- or more are shipped free of charge

Returns: offers 14 days full return policy from the day you receive your goods. You must send us a message via our contact form when you return your items and provide us with your order number. The goods must, as far as possible, be returned in substantially the same condition as when received. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the card you chose to pay with as soon as possible. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item. If possible, include a copy of your invoice and remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the item has been returned to us.

Please note that we do not offer a return policy on “Design Yourself” or pre-ordered products as they are inherently custom made to your specifications.

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act’s 24-month warranty. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about faults and defects in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.


You always have the option to find out what information we hold about you. Simply send an email to info(a) with your name and address. As soon as possible afterwards, you will receive an email about what information stores about you.
